My automation for sending emails and notification is not working for one of my bots.

I am creating a leave application app with google forms and AppSheet I followed this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NQ7jgz3gyw0&list=PL6gExtmhEdfAkFAbpf-wqiD1sM2k2QyHG&index=13

the bot that is supposed to send an email to the applicant and send a notification to the approver is not working. There is no information on the log it seems like the process is not running at all. The screenshot of my bot is in the link below. The first process works, but the 2nd and 3rd as mentioned above don't. I appreciate the help. Let me know if you need more details. Thanks!

Please check the Audit history if it shows you the reason.

As mentioned in my message above, there is no entry in the audit log about the automation that does not work. Otherwise, I will include them here.

UPDATE: I believe all the processes in my bot do not work, I thought at first one of them was working the "copy to another table" but I realized that I am using the same source Google sheet for my 2 tables, sorry for the confusion I am quite new to AppSheet.

Are you sure the app is using exactly the same sheet from the same Workbook in two tables in the same app? That should not be possible. Or.. do you mean you are using two different Workbooks in the same app?

Yes, I am sure I talked to support earlier and he also checked my app. It
was escalated to his specialist I'll update this thread once I got a word
from them. Thanks.

Update: I needed to recreate my Google Form and use the AppSheet event add-on to create the app that I wanted. That made the event trigger work hence automation is good and working. Thanks to all the people who responded.
