Name of table of database does not update itself

Hi.

I have an app with a database.

(If you have no access, please let me know. Than I need to figure out, whats  wrong with my security settings)

I changed the name of a table. From "TABLE_Forname" to "TABLE_Forenames"

But the name does not update itself in the app.

I tried to "regenerate". Without success.

How can I solve that please?
