Remove [add new] option from form based on condition

Hello everyone, does anyone know how to remove the button (add new) from a form? It turns out that when I select the available elements from a list, and I don't find the one I want, I get an option, add new. However, I would like to remove it so as not to confuse. Does anyone know where this is done or if it can be done?

That looks like a Ref column, not an Enum column, correct? Make the referenced table/slice not allow adds.
