SNAPSHOT Function Is Down

Hi All

Anyone has this problem or I am the only one? There is a very big issue in the snapshot function. There is broken pictures on the custom template at the HTML email body. ITS HAPPEN ON ALL MY APPS !

Regarding which expression you use the result is broken picture

Google send me an email to ask did I get the answer. The answer is no. And they are still struggling with a solution. It was OK for a few hours when I test but after that it aback to the same issue. See this email

Its working for some apps and some apps was working become not working

I have the exact same issue. It was working before now this is what I get in the PDF attachment created by my bot:

Appsheet did not resolve the problem. My problem is already there for weeks. I was working not it completed down and I can't wait for them. I am looking for other alternative to capture that snapshot. There is one support email asking me to restore the whole apps. This is completely not acceptable. Its a live apps if we restore it we don't know what will happen next.

Mysteriously this become ok this week haha. Thanks to appsheet technical support
