Store data locally on a device

Is there an ability to store certain user data only locally on a device?

Example, a patient app that allows the user to store certain vital signs (BP, pulse, weight, etc.) for graphical representation.

There really is not a need to sync the data to the source tables.

Yes but there can only be one row of data limited to 10 columns- is that sufficient?
