Syncing on a loop

Hi,

We normally run all our apps from MacOS or iOS, we purchase a brand-new PC to test some functionality for our customers, and we have an issue. The sync is kind of resetting and syncing on a loop. It doesn't stop. We tried with Chrome and Edge, we tried several Apps and we got the same issue. We did all the updates on the laptop.

Is there anyone already got that issue, do you have any ideas what could be the problem. The same apps are working perfectly on other devices.

What is the loop you are talking about? Explain how you have the formulas configured because it is possible that it happens to you but only if the cause is what I think.

All apps were doing that issue on a specific brand new PC, when desktop mode was enabled. This morning, everything is working perfectly.

I don't know the reason, I would say a question of browser cache but it was doing the same on a guest session and on other browsers...

It was important for me to understand in case a customer got the same issue in the future...
