Tracking Job Hours

Hello all,  I am trying to create an app to track the financials of a construction job.

Basically I would like to see a pie chart at a glance to show me the health of a job budget.

Is there anything out there to help me do this?

For info, I would want budgeted material costs, and man hours

and real time hours and material money spent.
