Hey Community!
I have an end user that has been trying to re-authenticate using Google on an iPhone 13 to gain access to an AppSheet aapp. Once authenticated, the user is taken automatically to GMail even though the authentication request started from AppSheet (see images). The user can see GMail just fine. Later, the user finally authenticated with a Microsoft account (I didn't know they had) and was able to access the app but still cannot access the app using Google.
Anyone have an idea on how to resolve?
I was thinking that maybe Cookies need cleared? There is no option, that I see, to clear browsing/app data on an iPhone. I want some confidence of the resolution before I offer the suggestion.
First screen always received then gets the second or third - I guess it depends on Google mood!

It's certainly possible to do that for individual browsers (e.g., Safari, Chrome). I don't know how that interacts with the AppSheet app.

I don't know what risk detection algorithm triggers the second screen, but the third looks like standard MFA. Maybe they simply have a security setting on their Google account and they're not aware of what that setting does when they log into the account from the iPhone--especially if they do so infrequently.
