User stuck with Error: There is a mismatch in the number of columns

Hi,

I have a new client that I built an app for, and accidentally updated the column structure during the work day while one user was using the app.

Now they are stuck with

Error: There is a mismatch in the number of columns between the spreadsheet for Contract Details and the table schema. The table has 74 columns but the schema has 72 columns. Please regenerate the table column structure.

I understand how to avoid this happening.
For all my other clients, I only update the app at night and get all employees to re-sync and this is usually not an issue.

The data does not need to be saved.
I just need to get the user unstuck. What is the fastest and simplest way to do this?
Clear Browser Cache + Clear Mobile App Cache and re-log in to Appsheet?
I need to write clear instructions to the employee to reset.

In this situation, the easiest way is to restore data changes in their devices.
