Visibility or Monitoring of Data

Hi everyone. I have this app in Procurement Monitoring. I just want to ask how the data I entered in this form (ADD PR) will only be visible in my monitoring view (PR Processing). Thank you.

I have Form to answer which is "ADD PR." The answers I gathered to that form will be visible or collected in my other view which is "PR Processing Monitoring." How can I do that?

You can configure two different views to use the same table. Is that what you want?
