Why can't I invite to the new app instead of the older versions?

Hi

I have a semi-funcional app which I keep copying or editing every start of a new month to make a physical inventory of products. Every month I make a report from the ERP system and paste that data into an Excel sheet, convert it to a Google Sheet Doc and do the physical counting with Appsheet. I have done this for about 6 months now, and since I have copied the app a few times I have a few smilar ones.

Now today after overwriting the data from last month, I deleted the appsheet from my phone and re-invited me, but when I open it, it has data from some old month ( I can not figure out which). I already disinvited and re-invited me, buy the problem persists. 

Is there some way to now, what version of app I am installing? If I have a few prototypes, can I choose which one I am inviting to?
