Why doesn't the invitation to join an app direct the user to the app store, instead directing them to their mobile browser?

Make sure you are sending the correct install link and that the user has a good internet connection. 

Alternatively, the user can go directly to the app store and download the AppSheet app.  The install link should then launch your app.  The use can also open the AppSheet app, ince installed, and navigate to the App Gallery where they will see any apps they have been given access to.

Thank you for your attention. I'd already done what you suggested, however, some users are directed to the store, but others are directed directly to the mobile browser. I don't understand the behavior, I don't know the cause, and I haven't been able to resolve the issue...
