one master dashboard with two seperate views in one app

hi all, 

im looking for ways to insert two different aspects/functionality views in the same app.

1)need main dashboard for the user to select which functionality he want to enter.

2)once selected a functionality the menus are different in each selection. something similar as below

dashboard menu -> functionality 1 , functionality 2 .

if functionality 1 is selected.  menu view 1, menu view 2

if functionality 2 is selected , menu 3, menu 4, menu 5

can this be possible.

if anyone is looking in similar lines. was able to get this done by creating another table to record the values and then basing on @dbaum  's help was able to fix the menu views based on those values.  Appreciate all the help being provided by the community. amazing product and amazing support. been in the IT field for over 20 years now this is the support team in community thats amazing.
