Hi,
I want to open from my app, a file that was created in another app.
When the file is created, save its location in a table. Add that data source as a table to the other app.
Alternatively, add the folder itself as a table to the app from which you want to open the file.
And if I upload a file to the table from the second app, will it still be visible in both apps? What should I consider?

If you save the file's location in a table that is a data source for both apps, then you'll be able to access the file from both apps.

Beyond that, you likely need to share more details, including screenshots, to explain what you've implemented and what you're observing.
File load by user2 its not visible for user 1
Confirm App 2 is configured to save the RUTA column's files to the same location as the corresponding column in App 1. Potentially, within Folder 2 you need a shortcut to Folder 1 to include in the RUTA column's Image/File folder path property.
