Please help me understand the issue.
I'm experiencing unexpected behavior with the system on mobile devices. Everything works as expected on desktop, but on mobile devices, the child forms for adding related data are not opening.
What do you think could be causing this behavior?
Did you Sync the mobile device to ensure it has updated data? If the data was entered on Desktop was it SUCCESSFULLY submitted? I.e. are there any unsubmitted changes - little numbers on the Sync button? Try tapping Sync from the Desktop. Does any error appear?
Confirm the data made it to the datasource.
If above doesn't help, we need more details. There could be a number of reasons why this happens .
The issue is not updating; the application is synchronized on both desktop and mobile.
