Is it possible to view uploaded photos and PDF files via AppSheet (as shown in Row 2 of the attached photo) to achieve the result shown in Row 3 of the attached photo?

No, but you can view the photos through the "gallery" view or throught the "card" view.

Thank for the reply, in my case some of employees are not comfortable to use appsheet to view the uploaded images or pdf files but they prefer links in googlesheets cells if possible.

However,  in general, giving access to the backend database of an app to all the app users is not a good idea. In general, it is a better practice to allow users to interact with the data through app views only.

I believe AppSheet is a great tool and will be very beneficial for the company in the future. Many tasks are still done on paper, so I want to make it as easy as possible to use.
