Maximum number of GCP Projects per account

Hello,

I'm developing a Platform as a Service (PaaS) solution. My goal is to enable developers to host serverless applications on their own GCP projects using their billing account. However, for less experienced developers, I would also like to offer the option to create and manage their GCP projects for them using my own billing account (my own account).

I've noticed that there is a limit on the number of GCP projects that can be created under a single GCP account, but this limit can be extended. Therefore, I have two questions:

  1. Is it a good approach to create a separate GCP project for each customer using my PaaS solution?
  2. Is there an absolute limit to the number of GCP projects that can be owned by a single GCP account? Can I create for instance 100K projects or more ?
