I recently managed to pass the professional Cloud Architect certification with flying colors and I was able to choose some gifts, I chose a black unisex coat from Google Cloud, I placed my order on July 10th this year, but I'm a little worried because it hasn't arrived yet, you guys got it Could you tell me if it's normal to take a little time, especially for international purchases?

Hello, I live in Japan so the situation may vary. I'm in a similar situation after getting a Professional Architect. I ordered on July 1 2024 but I only received the confirmation email for the order but no update yet.

I guess probably the delivery system took some time and the US's delivery system is not always punctual. So if you received the confirmation email, you can probably just wait for a bit more time 😅
