Got my Certification email, but cannot access my digital certificate

I passed my PCA exam on 09/15 and did get an email 9/19 that I am certified.

However the "Claim your certificate" link in the email gives me a 404.

Accredible does not find any certificate under my email ( tried both .gmail.com and .googlemail.com) and does not even allow me to create an account.

I did ask Google Certification support and was told they are transferring to a new system and indeed a day later I got asked to register at certmetrics.com ... there I can again see that I did pass the exam 09/15, but no certification status - also no badge ...

Am I just impatient or is there something broken here ... anybody that certified recently and got the same issues ?

Just got an email with a working link to my Certificate .... so FINALLY I got it !

I agree with you. I passed the exam on 16th Sep. I have the same experience and waiting for my certificate.

May be Google Certification support in a few days.

In the meantime - I am already announcing to everyone that I am certified  🙂

How are you? First, congrats on your new cert!

Second, I checked my email and saw the new system. It worked fine for me, maybe they have issues with the new certs.

If you got the confirmation, then you can claim your swag in the meantime.
I hope you get your cert soon.

Same with me. Passed the exam on 15.09, got pass results, and link showed error 404. Wrote an email to support, got that they are migrating. Received my new account which shows that I passed the exam, but still it is not visible in the Accredible account.

Already sent few reminders, but still no response from Google support.

Received an email now with the working link to view/download the certificate 😀

I have exactly the same issue. Except in my case , I was able to view the certificate ONLY ONCE...thereafter it vanished from accredible. No 

The response rate and quality of response from the support email is not at all encouraging.

 

The same issue with my certificate (passed on 15.09) . I had a call with the support, so they said the problem caused by migration from accreddible to their own system.

Any news? This is exactly my situation too. I already emailed the support team but none of them replied to me. 

I still have the same problem - and also no reply from support.

"We appreciate your patience and I have been in constant contact with the internal team and they are working diligently to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, at this time, we still do not have a specific estimated time for when this issue will be completely resolved. We understand the frustration this lack of certainty may be causing you, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it has brought.

We will send you an update as soon as we have more information.

I too have the same issue, cleared the exam on 22/09/23, got confirmation email, ordered goodies, but not able to get the certificate, shows 404 error. for the email i wrote, they replied " Our platforms are currently undergoing a transition and the link to your digital credential is broken.  Again, we apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we transition to the new systems." when will it be resolved?

What goodies? I didn't had any option for that.

I believe for the Professional Level Exams the email which we get confirming to claim the certificate would contain the next steps where they would provide the voucher code and link to claim the swag as well. In mine for PDE I had it and I have submitted the info to claim the swag. Still no response from the support on certificate issue yet though ☹️

You should get an email about confirming the cert, it has a voucher and a link so you can claim your swag. 😀
(It takes a while to arrive.)

Finally got the certificate, but not any perk :(.

Yes, I too got a certificate finally, but the perks are ordered not yet
