I Did not receive my ACE certification after 25 days

Hi All,

I have completed my ACE exam on 06/07/23 and its been 25 days but i did not receive my certification yet. Even i did not receive any successfully exam submission email from Google Cloud.
And on https://www.webassessor.com/googlecloud/ account dashboard my result is showing pass.

And I already raised many ticket on cloud support dashboard but they are not replying.
Please someone help me here
