Swags for Professional Cloud Database Engineer - Beta

Hi Team,

Looks like there are no swag options to redeem the voucher which I got after passing Professional Cloud Database engineer. Could anyone please confirm that ? 

I raised it to Robertson Marketing and thet told me that store is closed for rebranding, However, I was able to redeem voucher from other exams so that doesn't seem to be a case.

Nothing there yet, I still see this message since November 2022.

But they said they will reshuffle swags did u contacted them again

Got no actionable response or timlines to follow-up with them to tickets I raised to Robertson Marketing and GCP Certification support teams so just left it as it is. Anyways this is a complimentary thing being provided so not following up with them anymore 🙂

A few weeks ago I contacted them about what was displayed. I was told that no new items will be showing up until what is in stock is depleted. Not sure if this applies to all regions, I am in the US. At the time for my Database cert the only thing that showed up was the coffee mug with sticker so I claimed that since that swag code had an expiration date given in original email. I am waiting for something else to show up for my Data Engineer cert since last thing I need is one coffee cup let alone two 🙂

I used the listed contact information from the store website and looks like the response is from an email address at Robertson Marketing.  The email was received on 20-Dec-2022.  

I just try and check daily if new items show up for my remaining code.  One thing I was not happy about with the coffee mug swag is the stickers received don’t say the certs name and are generic. Hoping that is not the way moving forward for all items since I like to put those on my work laptop and prefer to have 5(hopefully soon 6) unique stickers.  I probably care more about the stickers than the swag item.
