Hi @venkateshramasa, thanks for raising this. I've tested the form, and have been seeing others also successfully register today and in the past few weeks. Not sure, this is the link I got it https://forms.gle/NSY8mTyXvTMCzGHC6. I used both Safari and Chrome browser.

@venkateshramasa - I run into this sometimes w/my customers.  My guess is that someone in your org has google forms blocked (probably in an effort to keep users from accessing g-mail or drive from the office).    Perhaps try registering from the public internet and in incognito mode.
