Google Cloud Premium Support is a tailored, proactive support service designed for enterprises that run priority workloads and require fast response times. 

To help customers learn how to get the most value from Premium Support, the Google Cloud Technical Account Management team is hosting a live learning and Q&A session, where you'll learn:

  • An overview of Premium Support, including features, processes, resources, and best practices
  • How to effectively engage Cloud Support, including escalation assistance
  • How to best partner with your Technical Account Manager, including Operational Health Reviews
  • How to get started with the Event Management Service and Active Assist Recommendations API

You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers live. This session is suitable for customers who already have Premium Support or those who are interested in learning more about it.
