Error 400: redirect_uri_mismatch

I've added a new redirect URL as I have done many times before but it doesn't seem to have worked. I am getting a Error 400: redirect_uri_mismatch error.

Is anyone else finding it slow for new changes to become live?

As you mentioned, the root cause could be latency due to a maintenance window. Please try again to add your new redirect URL as usual, and let me know if you are still facing the issue. Perhaps we will need to investigate more in your project.
