Error while setting up GCP free trail

Hi, while setting up the free trial in gcp, I am getting error with the code: OR-BSBBF-103,

even after several tries I am facing the same issue, I have tried multiple cards and they all support international transaction, every time it just says activate you free trial and get $300 but when i do the steps it doesnt work

plzz help!

I have tried all the things in the thread you linked, the staff person in the thread suggested to contact billing support but since i created new account, billing account is not created yet, I am facing the issue in that step only

Well new users cannot contact gcp support team until and unless an account is verified. So share link won't work! 

Further any new info is appreciated. 

I have used visa infinite series card to do payment but same issue? 🤣
