How do I recover a deleted administrator account (and domain)

I 'had' a legacy free G Suite account (not sure what it was called then, it's been so long) - probably at least 15 years or more with my own domain attached. I'm the super administrator and deleted the account and domain.

Unfortunately, now it looks like there was data in Drive that I need to recover for a user. I'm unable to log in anymore and Google recognizes that the account was recently deleted, but does not give me a way to recover it. Any words of wisdom on how this might be recovered?
