Indexing API Quota

Currently, I have a limit of 200 daily releases for the Indexing API. I've already requested an increase in this quota, but I haven't received any response or update regarding the status of my request. It seems like there is a lack of support for this product, which is concerning.

Interestingly, Bing offers an auto-increment feature that dynamically adjusts the API request limit based on usage within a 24-hour period. This means that the limit automatically increases without the need for a separate request. I'm curious why Google hasn't implemented a similar system.

In the Google Cloud library, you can find the Indexing API, which has a default quota limit of 200. However, for each project, there is an option to submit a request to increase this limit. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide guidance on resolving this issue or increasing my Indexing API quota.

Please note that I'm specifically looking for assistance in understanding how to address this problem or proceed with requesting a quota increase for the Indexing API.

Hi @NTRay,

Welcome to the Google Cloud Community!

You can take a look at Quota and Pricing Information

To request an increase in your Quota, do the following steps:

  1. Go to the Google API Console
  2. Click the Quotas Tab. Under the Filter section, click the quota you wish to increase
  3. Click Edit Quotas
  4. Click Apply For Higher Quota
  5. Fill the required fields

You can also get in touch with Google Cloud Support if the above option doesn't work.

Let me know if it helped, thanks!
