Not able to login in certmetrics

I have just passed in google pde certification , but not able to login in certmetrics, it throws error saying my mail id is tagged to multiple accounts . Not able to download the certificate.

Welcome on Google Cloud Community. I had also similar issue with certmetrics. Please use this form [1] to contact with support and they will help you. I've got reply ~ 2 days from sending a ticket. Unfortunately, we are not able, as Community fix this.
