Am unable to set up a billing account in my project. Every time I enter the card details and try adding my debit card, the card gets verified successfully, a minimal amount gets deducted , the eMandate also get activated and post that i receive a error message in a pop-up saying :
"This action couldn’t be completed. Try again later. [OR_BACR2_34]" 
Would really appreciate, if i get pointed to a fix or solution.

Having same experience here and my card doesn't have 2factor auth
