Wordpress just installed can't send emails

Hi. 

I have just installed Wordpress with Google Cloud and I want to change temporary password, But I can't, as it says wordpress can't send emails.

Everything is so weird with Google Cloud, as it's changing password it's the first thing I have tried to do, apart for not being able to enter the admin panel "secured", with Wordpress just installed.

Any help, please?

Hi,

As workaround try to change the password by ssh cli https://wp-cli.org/

And then I'd use an external smtp plugin.
