I opened a Certification-Support ticket on 5/11, the case number is 44903204. A support engineer contacted me on 5/20, but I don't see any update on the ticket afterward.
The exam(professional DevOps) I scheduled expired on Krysterion due to the confusing time format and I did take the exam.
Please help to check the ticket, and let me know how I can reschedule the exam.
