Where to Find the Verification Code for Google Cloud's Temporary Charge?

I applied for a Google Cloud account using my Mastercard USD card, and during the payment method verification, they froze $1.08 from my card. However, my bank has not provided any transaction notification, and neither has PayPal. I can't find the temporary charge statement from Google or the verification code, which is causing my account to be currently unusable. Please let me know where I can find the verification code for the temporary charge for Google Cloud.
