unable to join level

I have received all 3 level codes but unable to join level as it does not show any option to redeem code.

It says - "This game is not currently open for joining"

Yes I also have the same problem I have already finished 1st level and for level 2 and 3 It is showing that this This game is not currently open for joining. So what to do now. Plz anyone help.
