Yea, it shows the same for everyone who came to register late. Even I can't register there were only 1000 spots available for the program which were filled with a few hours of launching the program. So we need to wait for the future updates.

its not only that...i got mail for access code yesterday 9:46 pm IST and tried to join...at that time too i was not able to join... (i don't understand the cause as i have made an early excess notify enabled still i got mail much late)
