Transfer files ownership between users

Forward incoming messages with address maps

As a Google Workspace administrator, you can use address maps to forward incoming messages to email addresses that are different from the original recipient or destination. An address map is a relationship (or map) between the original recipient of a message and different or additional recipients.

Restore a user’s Drive data

As a Google Workspace administrator, you can recover deleted items from Google Drive within 25 days after a user empties their trash. After that period, Google purges the data from its systems. Depending on the amount of data that you want to restore, it might take several days for the data to reappear in the user’s account.
