Community Visitor vs. Observer

I noticed this morning that other contributors to this Community show as Community Visitors. I submitted a Post yesterday as a feature request and when I saw my name today it shows as Observer.

Is there a way that I can become a Community Visitor or is there not much difference between a Community Visitor and an Observer?
