Direct message option is off from somebody profile

Hello, I wasn't able to find the "direct message" option, and after reading a couple of guides on the new  I saw this screenshot:

 Sir, earlier here we could talk through direct message but now this DM option is not visible due to which it is inconvenient if we could talk directly to our friend. 

please on this option from all profile 🙏 😡 Otherwise this is causing a lot of trouble Please enable this direct message option on all profiles as soon as possible

The ability to send personal messages still exists across the Google Cloud Community for most users with some exceptions. There is a waiting period to gain this feature for new accounts however.
