I am deeply disappointed by the recent changes in Google Partners system. We had to shift all our clients to the annual plan due to your price increase, which was an arduous task. Now, I'm trying to upgrade a client from Starter to Standard, but there's no option for this in our partner console.
Support team says this is standard for annual plan Reseller Customers and advises switching to a flexible plan, requiring the client to raise a ticket from their domain console. This is unacceptable. As a partner, I handle payments and shouldn't have to subject my clients to your subpar customer support.
I am prepared to move all my clients to Office 365 solutions. If Google shows little regard for partners, I will reconsider my loyalty to Google.
