So what is this place, exactly?

Hi. Just got an invite to join this site. My main question, how is it different from the regular support.google.com site? Does the "cloud" cover all Google products? Not sure what the purpose of this place is.

Thanks for joining the Community. While the regular support site allows you to find product support articles and to create a ticket with the customer support team, this Community enables you to interact with other Community members in a variety of ways. It's a platform to discuss anything related to Google Cloud and Google Workspace. One purpose is to get assistance from fellow customers and Googlers, another is to exchange tips and tricks, and to connect and network. We also have events, such as AMAs planned, you can find a list of events, there are blogs with tutorials, etc.
