clicking on link to the community site gives unsafe url message

when sending the link  to a coworker i realized if you click on or paste https://googlecloudcommunity.com/ into chrome it gives the good old message of:

Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from googlecloudcommunity.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards).
NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID
