503 error while creating service attachment

Had to delete existing PSC and while trying to recreate with terraform getting below error:

Step #1 - "terraform-apply": │ Error: Error creating ServiceAttachment: googleapi: Error 503: Internal error. Please try again or contact Google Support. (Code: '62DE06A6727C2.71A0A25.C60824F1'), backendError
 
I have validated terraform statefile and configuration, this just happened while recreating, it was existing before with same config. 
Happening since last friday, no matter how many times I re-ran.

Make sure to double-check the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Status Dashboard for any recent problems related to Compute Engine, Networking, or Shared VPC in your region. Even if the issues listed don't seem directly related to Service Attachments, they could still be the underlying cause of the error you're seeing.

The error message “Error 503: Internal error. Please try again or contact Google Support. (Code: '62DE06A6727C2.71A0A25.C60824F1')” it's an internal GCP issue. The error code can be used by Google Cloud Support to diagnose the root cause more quickly.


It is recommended to contact Google Cloud Support immediately to investigate furthermore.
