About abuse report

Hi team,

There have been several phishing and infringing websites that have troubled me for a long time. These illegal websites are using Google Cloud services. I have reported them to Google multiple times and tried all the recommended reporting forms, but nothing has been resolved.

These illegal websites have caused financial losses to my company's customers through fraud and have severely damaged my company's reputation. Is there any direct contact information to reach the abuse team, or do you have any other suggestions?

Thank you for contacting Google Cloud Community.

I understand that you would like to report a Google Cloud customer running insecure software that could potentially lead to compromise. Please correct me, if I misunderstood.

If you have discovered an instance of a customer-managed service hosted on Google Cloud that is not currently abusive, but has a security vulnerability that might lead to compromise and abuse, you can report it here or by email at google-cloud-compliance@google.com. To report a site hosting malicious software, use this form.

Additionally you can search here to see whether a website is currently dangerous to visit. If none of the above mentioned mitigation steps are helpful (or) doesn't resolve this issue, report it immediately to Google Cloud Customer Care, if you are having the Cloud Customer Care package.

For example, could you please give me some suggestions about how to report the following phishing websites?

URL1: hXXps://www[.]phemexapp[.]com/

URL2: hXXps://www[.]phtopexgold[.]com/p/pc

Please message me direct.  I would appreciate any additional information you have on these two websites.  I have more information to share and hope you can do same.
