I have completed my Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer certification exam.

Thanks to Google Cloud Innovators Get Certified program which helped with access to labs and mentorship, material to achieve this milestone.

Transitioning from Database Administrator to Data Engineer is not that easy but this certification is that first step towards achieving it.

Bty, certification merch catalogue for India region is not upto the mark compared to other regions 🤭. Wish they included more choices with highlights to the certification badge on wearables like hoodie.

Hey @DamianS , As it is a professional exam 80-90% of the questions would be on the higher difficulty level focusing more on gcp managed services like dataflow, dataproc, data prep, pub\sub and windowing concept of the data tools.

Also there would be a little emphasis on gcp managed database offerings like Big query, CloudSQL.

And the last thing would be on ML offering and visualization tools.

Attempting practice exams would be an advantage.
