Hi Googlers! I started out pretty psyched working through a new Workspace trial over the past couple of weeks and I was able to create a full organization hierarchy along with a project or two in what turned out to be a temporary Google Cloud account. When the trial ended, I suddenly found myself falling out of the cloud and landing on the ground with no access to my cloud account. Talking to AI, I was told to ask Cloud Support for help, but Cloud Support doesn't exist unless you have a cloud account, so I ended up going against Gemini's advice and launching a new Cloud trial to be able to get cloud support. Of course, the basic cloud account doesn't really buy you any sort of cloud support either, so here I am. Anyway, now that I am back into a [new trial] cloud account using my same Google username, I can now once again see my organizational units that I created before and everything seems fine; I decided not to create a new Foundation, as I was afraid of what this might do to my existing foundation. After that experience I guess my biggest fear is to wonder what's ahead of me when the cloud trial ends - will I find myself falling out of my cloud account yet again? But I guess I'll wait and cross that bridge when it happens (gulp). Oh, so one annoying issue is the fact that I can't seem to edit my own stupid user profile picture in my Google Cloud account. According to Gemini, this is because profile pictures are controlled at the organizational level. But I am also the Org Admin, so what gives? Thanks in advance - dav0
Hi @dav0,
To fix the issue of not being able to edit your profile picture, make sure that you have the correct permissions. Start by verifying that your admin role includes the ability to manage user information and profile settings. If you're still unable to make changes, consider checking if there are any restrictions or policies in place at the organizational level that might be preventing modifications to profile pictures.
