Can I buy Remote desktop multi-user usage for my existing instance?

I have the Google Cloud VM and want that can be used by multiple users by RDP, I think Grace period was expired so I need to refresh it. Is it possible to buy from Google Cloud Remote desktop multi-user usage for my exisiting VM?

Just to clarify, you are talking about Remote Desktop with Multi-user by Etrans Lab in the Google Marketplace?

If you're looking to deploy the product within Google Cloud, it's not possible to add it to an existing VM. Deployment must be done using the "Launch" button on the product's page, which creates a new VM with a pre-set machine image, specifically Windows Server 2022 Datacenter Edition. This process is outlined in the official documentation.

Additionally, since this is a third-party product, you may also consider contacting the developer - Aurora directly.

Yes, I meant this Remote Desktop for multiple usage service from their offer. 
If I can't add this service to my existing VM, maybe can I move existing data from my VM to a new one that I will create from Etrans Lab or maybe can I somehow re-enable multi access to my VM by Remote Desktop?

I could use multi-user access by RDS but now I have this error: Remote Session was Disconnected because there are no Terminal Server Client Access Licenses Available and there is a question how to ensure that I comply licensing requirements, I also ready to pay for licenses as well but I don't understand how to do it.
