Can't add update roles in IAM and Can't Change Google Cloud Organizational Policy

I am logged in with my SuperAdmin account, but I can't change the roles and organizational policy. Edit Policy is greyed out as is Manage policy when I go into the policy itself. if I tried to add more roles then again prompt, screenshot attched.

It says:

You need permissions for this action.

Required permission(s): orgpolicy.policies.create, orgpolicy.policies.delete, orgpolicy.policies.update, and orgpolicy.policy.get

I've attached error screenshot. Help would be appreciated!

Welcome to Google Cloud Community!

You have to assign your IAM principal the Organization Policy Admin IAM role. Please see Creating and managing organization policies on how to do this.
