Cancel Google Colab subscription

When I try to cancel it I get an error message that my subscription is not in the right state to cancel it.

Just looked this up; if I'm observing the correct case number, our agents replied to you within a day and thanks to your reply they'll have the cancellation processed today or tomorrow. If you get charged unintentionally due to this delay they will issue a refund.

If you visit https://colab.research.google.com/cancel-subscription  signed into the appropriate account do you see the option to cancel?

Thank you very much for your answer. I wrote an e-mail to Google Colab support and they cancelled the subscription in a few days.
