Hi,
I have made the GCP payment through net banking but the amount has been deducted from the bank and is not reflected in the GCP portal.
I have shared all payment details and bank mail with the billing team but the issue has not been resolved from 14 days. every time the billing team responds to the same email "escalation team is working on it" it's very very urgent for us.
Billing team is not responding properly and not providing a solution.. Please share the escalation head email ID to resolve this issue on a priority basis.
