Console is empty and shows nothing. I have to use CLI to access everything

I cannot access anything through Console even when I have the required permissions. I have to use a cloud shell command. For example, if i want to see mu buckets, here is what the console shows me:

And when I use a CLI command, here's what I see

What could be causing this? And what can I do to fix it?

Thank you!

Here is a link with similar issues reported:

I found some information stating that some users reported a similar issue when they had versioning turned on and had a space in the name of the bucket. Do you have versioning turned on in your buckets? And, by any chance, do any of the buckets have spaces in their name?

Thank you Andre. No, none of the buckets have a space in their name and I  ran

gsutil versioning get gs://<bucket_name>

to check versioning and the output said it was "Suspended". I can't access anything else either. Bigquery, IAM & Admin, all these pages are completely empty
