DR solution | active passive | PCF setup

Hi Team,

In move to migrate to GCP from Azure.

Currently we are using Azure cloud to host our PCF enviroment with active passive mode in different regions,  in case primary region is down, we are using azure traffic manager to distribute the load geographocally. This setup will be moved to GCP, we are looking for services which will do the work of azure traffic manager in GCP, so we can host our application running on PCF in active passive mode where active is 24/7 and switch back to passive region when primary region is down.
